Foolcut was created in 2004 as a Vanco’s single one-man project. A solo carrier started with EP Something like Jazz issued by German label Node Records. In 2006 Foolcut received status of live Project with musicians and DJ. In 2007 performs regularly in clubs all around Slovakia, it is presented in public service Slovak Radio and Slovak Television. Besides this has released the other EPs with various publishers. Foolcut bringing a peculiar view on jazz. Hip hop and break beat percussion, old jazz samples together with live musical instruments and electronics create its characteristic sound. Sampling, cutting and recycling of old musibasic element in creating new rhythms and grooves.
